complex development project now underway in Calabasas has involved delicate negotiations between Porter Development, government agencies and a conservation trust. Plans call for two Mediterranean-style family estate homes on one-and-a-half acres each, with views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Porter Development has negotiated an agreement to donate a portion of the site to the trust, allowing for preservation. Porter Development is handling all planning, exterior and interior design, and construction.
