of the most challenging sites yield the most unique homes. When we discovered this hillside lot on the Palisades Riviera, it had great attributes, such as panoramic views of the Los Angeles skyline and the Pacific Ocean. It also had a three-foot water main running underneath.
After lenghty negotiations with the Department of Water and Power, we were able to move the main, enabling us to collaborate with architect Steve Ball on a stunning 6,200 sq. ft. Tuscan-style villa on spec. In addition to the entitlements, Porter Development handled all construction and interior design.
In what came as little surprise to anyone involved in the project, the home sold quickly.
